polly's too busy playing with everything santa left for her & later she's going ice skating with daljit so she asked click to do the christmas post.

clickitty is ambivalent about christmas. polly didn't know what that word meant so he said he likes it & he doesn't like it. he likes how happy the kids get & all the decorations but he doesn't like all the pressure the holiday can make everybody feel & how it can bring up old disappointments in families. click wants everybody to know that christmas is really a roman holiday & santa is a marketing scheme by coca cola but he also says whatever, dude.

lullaby of london is clickitty cat's favourite christmas song. it's by the pogues & has nothing to do with christmas. it's melancholy & irish & has this blessing in it:
